What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, email address and project details you provide, together with any file you choose to attach. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, deliver the project. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to service the project and to honour any warranty or maintenance obligation on a sign we have made. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded content from third parties — the Google Maps panel on the contact page, and any YouTube video you choose to play — is served by those providers and subject to their own privacy policies. Video embeds load only after you click.
